Resolution No. 571/2019, Specific Rules and Technical Conditions for the
Transport of Liquid Oil by Pipeline and Through
Maritime and River Terminals, requires relevant measurement procedures to be
conducted according to the API Manual of
Petroleum Standards.
Resolution 92/2019, the Specific Technical Regulation that Establishes the
